Join our loyalty program

By signing, the customer accepts the terms of the loyalty program and grants Iisalmi Ykkösapteekki permission to store their data in the pharmacy’s loyalty customer register and to maintain a record of their purchases.
Family members living in the same household are registered under the same community number.
The Kela card serves as the loyalty card, automatically recording purchases in the loyalty register. For technical reasons, purchases cannot be added retroactively.
All data stored in the pharmacy’s customer register is handled confidentially. Information will not be shared outside the pharmacy for marketing or other purposes.
To ensure the accuracy of the register, customers must notify Iisalmi Ykkösapteekki of any changes to their personal information.
Customers may withdraw from the loyalty program at any time. Upon withdrawal, the customer’s membership ends, and their data is deleted from the loyalty register. Under Finnish data protection law, pharmacies are permitted to retain prescription purchase information for 13 months.
Customer data will also be deleted if the customer has not made any purchases at Iisalmi Ykkösapteekki within the past 13 months.
Iisalmi Ykkösapteekki reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program.

BENEFITS OF LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP

Monitoring of potential interactions between prescription medicines purchased at Iisalmi Ykkösapteekki.
Purchase-based discounts: The total purchase amount includes all pharmacy purchases made within the same household by registered loyalty members during the past 12 months.
The purchase discount is calculated based on the total purchases from the previous 12 months. The discount applies to all eligible pharmacy purchases, excluding medicines.
